# Token Distribution

The platform intends to issue a total amount of 1 billion AIRTs that will be distributed as follows:

• Company: 10%

• Core Team: 15%

• Investors: 5%

• Ecosystem: 10%

• Mining Pool: 60%

The distribution scheme adopts a principle of proportionate share of ownership and voting power between the parties building the infrastructure of the ecosystem and the parties creating and enhancing values of the ecosystem.

As a governance token, AIRT will be used for the certain functions and decisions of AIRTIST with voting on amending or fine-tuning predetermined rules and parameters of the system, AI Artists’ rights on artwork creation, and artwork trading.
